Whether you are a past, present or future client; Welcome to the first 4XEM update blog. It is my hope to be able to keep our valued customers in the loop about what we are working on here at 4XEM. Every week this blog is going to highlight a few key ideas that we have either already implemented or are hard at work to complete. Additionally, the blog will showcase what will be coming along in the future. The main idea behind this blog is to create greater communication between us at 4XEM and the people, and companies that do buisness with us.
Here is what we have been working on:
Website Updates
One of our biggest projects, that will take us many more weeks to feel complete, is updating and improve our website. A few users may have already noticed the many updates to our Homepage. We have added a slew of new information about us as a company but also what we are offering on our site. We have added more links, greater details on what each page is looking to accomplish and more points of importance to us. We hope users new and old will explore more of our website to see what 4XEM is able to do.
4XBot
A big driving point for the 4XEM Marketing team is to be more active in responding to our 4XBot conversations. We have done well in the past but going forward we really want to make sure your questions are answered. We will be revising 4XBot throughout the coming weeks, so look forward to greater communication through this great communication tool.
Product descriptions
We want shopping through our site to be a seamless and enjoyable experience. With that in mind we are hard at work improving the individual pages of every single product we offer. This is a gargantuan task and will take time to complete. But currently you can see efforts made on our product header pages in our shop. These little posts should help guide our customers to find what they are looking for more precisely.
Upcoming Feats:
Seasonal Sales
Just in time for what will be a unique holiday season 4XEM is prepare a month long sale on our products. With just a few final tweaks needed customers on our contact lists should be receiving information very shortly. Increasing Brand Recognition
A major point in the coming months is increasing the amount of people who know who we are, and want we do. Be on the lookout for future campaigns and information all about 4XEM and how we seek to solve problems.
