4XEM Network Camera Tools

Custom Video Web Page Script Generator - This tool allows you to create a custom web page script that allows you to place a video from your 4XEM camera onto a webpage. This tool is only compatible with the IPCAM line of 4XEM IP network cameras.

IPCAM Series Estimated Recording Time Calculator - This tool calculates the amount of hard drive space required to record video from your 4XEM network camera depending on quality and bit rate settings. Recording time is displayed in seconds, minutes, hours and days.

IPCAM Series Bandwidth Table - This reference sheet displays the amount of bandwidth used at each quality setting of the IPCAM Series Cameras.

Lens Calculator - This tool will calculate the horizontal and vertical field of view for each 4XEM IP network camera. This tool supports both our IPCAM line and Enterprise line of cameras.

 

Returning Products

4XEM Corporation requires all customers to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number prior to sending back any products for any reason. Returning products without a pre-assigned RMA number will result in delay of service or loss of package. 4XEM reserves the right to deny all returns that do not have a pre-assigned RMA Number.

Please read the 4XEM Corporation Return of Product Procedure before attempting a return of product(s). It is the returning party's responsibility to ensure that the Return of Product Procedure has been fully read and understood before attempting a return. If you have any questions regarding the return procedure, please feel free to contact the 4XEM RMA Department at 866-999-4XEM or rma@4xem.com.

To obtain a RMA Number please use the following steps.

  1. Read the 4XEM Return of Product Procedure.
  2. Fill out the 4XEM RMA Request Form and submit the request.
  3. Please make only one request. Multiple requests can delay the delivery of your RMA number.
  4. Please wait to be contacted by a 4XEM Representative as outlined in the 4XEM Return of Product Procedure. If you have not been contact by a 4XEM Representative within 3 business days, please re-submit the 4XEM RMA Request Form in step 2.
  5. If a RMA Number has been issued by a 4XEM Representative you will be required to complete the 4XEM RMA Return Form which will be sent to you.
  6. Once the RMA Return Form has been filled out completely and sent back to 4XEM, a 4XEM Representative will contact you after the form has been fully processed and a RMA Number has been issued.
  7. You will then be informed on the proper shipping instructions.
