When using the 16-channel monitoring software, one or more of my cameras perpetually gets stuck on “connecting to IP address….”. What could be wrong?

Some of 4XEM’s newest camera models may not work properly with older versions of the 16-channel video monitoring software. Please download the latest version at www.4xem.com. Navigate to the product page of the camera that you are using, and you will find the software available for download under the Product Downloads section.
