How can I access and browse network camera images with a cell phone?

The 4XEM line of IP Network Security Cameras feature FTP upload of images produced by the camera. To view these pictures on a cell phone you will need to point your cell phone’s web browsing program to a webpage that has been configured to receive the uploaded snapshots. An example on an address to browse to would be http://www.4xem.com/camshots/video.jpg. Alternatively you may be able to send snapshots to an email account which you may access via your cell phone.
