Why does the SLCDR not connect to the BBPCHOME?

To connect a Slim drive to either a Versa series or Elite series computer you will require an adaptor. An adaptor is included with the Mini PC. If you have not received an adaptor for your Slim drive with your purchase please contact customersupport@4xem.com with details as to what model computer you have purchased and where you have purchased one of our products.
