When I open the 4XEM Monitoring Software it asks for a password. What is the password?

When you install the IPNV16 or IPNV4 monitoring software it will ask you to create a password. When you startup the IPNV16 or IPNV4 software it will ask you for the username and password which will be root and the password you specified in the installation.
