There are many possible scenarios regarding this issue:
1. If you have just installed the network camera and are unable to watch the video, check if the heartbeat LED is blinking or the lens cap is removed. If the heartbeat LED is dim, perform the software installation again.
2. If the network camera is well installed and you are accessing the network camera for the first time using Internet Explorer, adjust the security level of Internet Explorer to allow the installation of plug-ins.
3. If the problem still persists after adjusting, and the message over the image window is showing “connecting”, the network traffic may be too crowded.
