Try a power reset (unplug power cord, wait 3 seconds and plug power cord back in).Then run “IP Installer” again.
If you are on a network that uses a domain other than 192.168.0.1, try connecting the computer directly to the camera, restart the computer and try “IP Installer” again. If this allows you to connect to the camera, link to the camera’s firmware and change the camera’s IP address to be compatible with your network.
From your windows PC, go to “My Network Places” and then choose “View all connections”. Then, right-click the connection your camera is connected to, and click
“status”. Press the “repair” button and then try the “IP Installer” again.
