How do I Enabled Downloads of ActiveX Controls in Internet Explorer 7

1.Click on Tools and then Internet Options (If the Tools tab is not present, click the icon that looks like a Gear and then select Internet Options)
2.Select the Security tab
3.Click on the Internet zone with the Globe icon
4.Click Custom Level at the bottom of the window
5.Under the ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins section:
 a.Set Download Signed ActiveX Controls to Prompt
 b.Set Download Unsigned ActiveX Controls to Prompt
6.Click OK
7.Click OK in the Internet Options window
